Third Party Audits
Already certified? GTICS can help you seamlessly transfer your existing ISO certification. We ensure your certification history is preserved while taking over the remaining certification cycle.
Certification Audits to Open Global Markets
Our Third Part Certification audits are conducted to ensure conformance with the relevant ISO standard to issue an accredited ISO Certification.
Once your certification audit has been completed and a favourable outcome is reviewed, you will receive your ISO Certification.
Key Advantages of Third-Party Audits
There are various advantages to receiving certification audits; some of these include:
Stage 1 Preliminary Audit
Our experts review your organization’s management system documentation, including manuals, processes, procedures, and documentation. Stage 1 audits could potentially involve a site visit to confirm if your organization is ready for the Stage 2 audit. This is where gaps in current conformance and expected conformance are discovered and provided to your team.
Stage 2 Certification Audit
Our auditing team and your organization’s management meet to discuss the audit plan, objectives, and scope of the audit. Our auditors then conduct a detailed evaluation of the organization’s processes, procedures, and practices against the standard’s requirements.
Stage 3: Corrective Actions
Corrective actions are required to be developed and implemented by your organization for any nonconformances identified. Evidence to be submitted to GTICS to ensure effectiveness.
Stage 4: Certification Decision
Our auditing team will submit a detailed audit report to our decision-making committee, including recommendations based on the audit findings.
Stage 5: Surveillance Audits
Surveillance audits are conducted annually to ensure your organization continues to meet the ISO Standard’s requirements.
Stage 6: Recertification Audit
As your certification reaches its end (after 3 years), your organization will have to prepare for a recertification audit.
